At Secundo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Secundo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it in its original box with all protective padding, hardware, and assembly instructions included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, use our online portal to schedule a professional courier pickup, or drop off smaller decor items at any authorized shipping partner location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
